your account and company data. Please allow location access in your browser to continue.
Please respond to the browser’s location prompt to continue.
If you previously blocked location access:
Try the quick option first — if your address bar doesn’t show a lock or location icon, use the browser settings option below.
Option A — Address bar (quickest)
Click the lock, tune, or location icon in your browser’s address bar.
Find Location and set it to Allow.
Click Reload Application below.
Option B — Chrome / Edge settings
Open the browser menu (⋮) → Settings.
In the settings search box, type location.
Open Site settings → Location
Or paste into the address bar:
chrome://settings/content/location
(Chrome) /
edge://settings/content/location
(Edge).
Under Not allowed to see your location (the “Block” list), find this site and click the trash / remove icon to delete the block rule.
Make sure Ask before accessing is turned on.
Click Reload Application below and choose Allow when prompted.
Option C — Firefox settings
Open the menu (☰) → Settings → Privacy & Security.
Scroll to Permissions → click Settings… next to Location.
Find this site in the list and either change it to Allow or click Remove Website.
Click Save Changes, then Reload Application below.
Option D — Safari (Mac)
From the menu bar choose Safari → Settings… → Websites.
Select Location in the left sidebar.
Find this site and change the dropdown to Allow.
Close settings and click Reload Application below.
Option E — Mobile (iOS / Android)
iOS: Open Settings → scroll to your browser (Safari / Chrome) → Location → choose While Using the App. Also ensure Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services is on.
Android: Open the browser, tap the menu → Settings → Site settings → Location, find this site, and remove the block / set to Allow. Also confirm system Location is on in device settings.
Return to the browser tab and tap Reload Application below.
